I finished filling out our Christmas cards.
I know it is early, but it feels so good to be done with that task.
Now, I just need to put stamps on them and mail them after Turkey Day.
If I was only done with the baking and gift buying......

Daria received Mexican Jumping Beans from her teacher.
I know nothing about them.
Does anyone have any basic information?
I wonder how long they will last.
Do they really turn into moths?

I am sure we would all be surprised if the time was added up.

Sometimes it takes me weeks to make a really good and thorough Target list.
Why is it as soon as I get home from shopping we run out of some essential?

What is the best used car to buy?
It looks like we are going to buy a new, used car instead of fixing the broken one.
Car shopping sucks when your budget is extremely limited.
For Micah's sake, I hope we find it soon because November weather in our neighborhood can be a little wet.

I do not know what to do for Daria's birthday this year.
She will be turning 9.
It is a toss up between an intimate party with 3-4 of her friends during Bauer's nap time, or she can pick one friend for a sleepover the night before birthday.
(Her birthday falls on a Sunday this year.)
There are pros and cons for each scenario.
I need to decide this week because after Sunday there is 3 weeks until the big day.
Wow! I cannot believe she is going to be 9!
I do not even want to go there.

I just learned my neighbor has a blog.
He did not give me the address, but I cannot wait to check it out.
I am sure he is great writer because he tells me some of the most amazing things.

Last night, I had all these plans to get many little things done around here.
It did not happen.
I do not have a real good reason why I did not get my act together today.
Maybe it was the stormy weather.
I do not know, but now I feel like I wasted a day loitering around the house.
Tomorrow I plan to hit the ground running.
At least, I hope so.

I am trying to upload a video, and it is not working.
It is getting pass my bedtime, so I do not have any time to figure out what is going on now.
Hopefully, tomorrow, I will be able to share Bauer's kick-ass, rockin' video.

tinker toys

I think I should get the kids some Tinker Toys.
I loved them when I was young.
My grandma had a set at her house, and I used to play with them all the time when I would stay the night.
