This is some cinnamon-raisin bread, minus the raisins.
It was the first loaf I made with the new bread machine I received a couple of weeks ago. And the good news: I found a place to store the gigantic bread baker.
Surprisingly, that was not as challenging as I thought it would be.
I ended up making French toast for dinner the next day with this loaf, and the kids loved it!
